Our roomblock at the DoubleTree hotel is now sold out. Bookings may still be possibile depending on availability. Textile Exchange will provide a shuttle service from the DoubleTree to the Broadmoor each morning, and back to the DoubleTree each evening. Shuttle times will be posted. Shuttle services will not be provided for lodging arrangements made elsewhere.

Transportation from the Airport
Arriving at Denver International Airport (DEN)?
Denver International Airport shuttle service fares to and from the Broadmoor and Denver International Airport (DEN) are 125 USD per person, one-way/250 USD per person, round trip. DEN shuttle reservations MUST be made a minimum of 48 hours before the date of your shuttle transfer. Shuttles run based on confirmed shuttle reservations.
Upon arrival at Denver International Airport (DEN), you can meet the shuttle at Door 500 in the United baggage claim area across from Carousel #19.
Shuttles depart The Broadmoor every two hours, from 4:15 AM –6:15 PM.
Shuttles depart DEN every 2 hours, from 10:15 AM -10:15 PM. (Estimated transfer time is 90 minutesfrom DEN)

Arriving at the Colorado Springs Airport (COS)?
Airport shuttle fares to and from the Broadmoor and the Colorado Springs Airport are 35 USD per person, one-way/70 USD per person, round trip. The COS Shuttles operate every 30 minutes departing The Broadmoor starting at 4:00 AM and pick up from the COS airport on a reservation basis after each flight with Broadmoor guests exclusively. Upon arrival at the Colorado Springs Airport, please check in at The Broadmoor Welcome Desk, conveniently located in baggage claim. The desk staff will direct you to the shuttle.
